My venue provides a coordinator. So I’m good, right?

• No! Venue coordinators are fantastic, but they work for the venue and will act in their best interest. This can mean that your needs are not their top priority, or their duties may even end after the ceremony if your reception is in a separate venue.

• I am there first and foremost for YOU, and I work alongside venue coordinators to ensure that you and your family’s needs are met from beginning to end.

Can you help with setup and teardown?

• Yes! My help with both setup and teardown are included in ALL of my wedding packages.

Do you coordinate rehearsals?

• Yes! I walk through everything from start to finish with your wedding party, officiant, and DJ to make sure that everyone feels comfortable with the ceremony and knows their cues.

Can you make sure my wedding day stays on time ?

• Yes! I work with you and your vendor team to create a realistic timeline that you and your partner are comfortable with. On day of, I work alongside your team to ensure that your day flows seamlessly and organically.
